Just want to let everyone know in case you're not aware that this weekend at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago the Treasure Hunt Sample Sale is going on. From 10 am - 5 pm Saturday and 11 am - 5 pm Sunday you can shop this sale on the 7th floor. Admission is $10. Click the link to go to their websit for more information.

After searching around on the internet trying to find a site that offered critiques on makeup, fashion, and other stylish things by real, ordinary, everyday people and not being able to find one, I have decided to make one myself. Unlike a lot of other sites out there, I am not a beauty writer, nor am I trying to become one. I'm just an average girl with an un-natural make-up, fashion, shoes, etc. obsession. I am a makeup, shopping, shoes, clothes, gossip, etc. obsessed twenty-something year old living in downtown Chicago. I'm in grad school, so I'm still on a budget, but am not willing to cut out shopping. As such, I am able to find a deal, a close-out, a sample sale, etc. like it is my job! I hope you enjoy this site and find it helpful.
