Free Sample Of Jergens Natural Glow Express

I must admit that I have drastically fallen behind in my self-tanning regimen. I was religious about using my Bare Escentuals Faux Tan for months, but as the Chicago winter quickly rolled in I got lazy. Afterall, I'm going to be bundled up in jeans and sweaters for months to come, who is going to see my skin. Lately the glimpses that I'm catching of myself in the mirror after a shower are frightening. Not only am I suffering from pale winter skin, I'm also suffering from dry winter skin. It's time to get back on the self tanning bandwagon.

As luck would have it, I've come across a free sample of Jergens Natural Glow Express. This product claims you will "see more than a full shade of color in 3 days." Just what I need! I am definately curious to try this product out. The last time I used a Jergens self tanning product the smell almost made me puke. It will be interesting to see if they've done something to mask that odor. This sample is available while supplies last.

Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs

Okay, I totally don't get what all the fuss about Deal or No Deal is (my Sweetie loves the show), but I did watch the NFL episode on Wednesday basically because I was too lazy to leave the room once my Sweetie put it on. For those of you who didn't see it, the guy picked the number 18 case because he was a Peyton Manning fan and it ended up having the $1 million in it. Too bad he didn't take it because he over-controlling wife pretty much demanded that he take a deal for a hundred and something thousand with four suitcases to go. Anyhoo, the whole point of that little story is that it triggered something that I wanted to post about a while ago...Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs.

Over the summer while reading Cosmo, Glamour, or one of those magazines I came across an interview with the style people for Deal or No Deal. They said that to get the gorgeous looking tan legs the models have they use Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs. Being as this product is affordably priced at around $12 a bottle I was skeptical. I would have thought such a high profile show would be using a super expensive spray on tan machine much like the one they use on Dancing With The Stars.

I began to do a little research online and found out that most of the reviews for this product were 5 stars. I asked my friend Michelle to help out and test this product since I have been loyal to the Bare Escentuals Faux Tan and didn't want to results to be skewed. Michelle absolutely loved it. The best part is the fact that it goes on evenly...no need to worry about streaks and missed spots. It lasts all day, makes your legs feel so soft, and looks like you've got a gorgeous, real tan. Michelle says this product is great for everyday, but is an absolute must for dressy events when you want to look your best; especially with winter days coming and suntans fading.

GlowFusion Self Tanner Special

Have you guys seen HSN's Today's Special Deal? Well if you haven't, you might be interested to know that it is the GlowFusion Perfect Glow Face and Body Tan Collection. This is something that I have yet to try, but I have heard from many people that they are interested in trying this stuff out. At a price of only $39.90 (that's a savings of $30!!!), this is the time to do that. Not only does this special include GlowFusions's "state of the art" self-tanner, but it also includes 2 LipFusion lip plumping glosses. It comes packaged in a chic gold cosmetics bag (I know, who needs another one of those!). The cost of just the 1 Lip Fusion lip gloss alone is $38 so this is an awesome deal. I will say, I do love my Bare Escentuals Faux Tan 4.5 oz, but I am intrigued by Glow Fusion because it says that you can use this product on your face. If anyone has used this product, feel free to post your comments.

Bare Escentuals Faux Tan

The season of swimsuits, short shorts, and sleeveless tops is right around the corner. I've always been a tanner, but as I creep closer and closer to...gasp...30, I am beginning to worry more and more about sun damaged skin. While I'm taking proactive steps, like using Philosophy's Hope In A Jar religiously, I have not been able to say no to laying out in the summer. I'm taking a stand this summer, and am going to try to stay out of the sun or at least lather on some SPF when I'm out. But I'm sorry, I'm not going to settle for pastey white arms and legs. Enter Bare Escentuals Faux Tan.

Although it hasn't been out that long, I've heard nothing but glowing reports about Bare Escentuals Faux Tan. In all honesty, I've wanted to pick this product up for the past few months, but everytime I've been out shopping and thought about it, it was sold out. A product so good that stores can't even keep it in stock? That's got to be a good sign! I finally was able to secure a bottle a few weeks ago and let me just tell you that I absolutely LOVE this product. This is by far the best self tanner that I have ever used. It is very similar to the super popular progressive self tanning moisturizers that have taken us by storm, but it works about a million times faster. I put my first application on before I went to bed, and when I woke up it looked like I had just gotten back from a vacation. I could not believe my eyes. I hopped in the shower thinking that some of the color would wash off...not at all. During the first week I applied the Faux Tan on 3 days to achieve the color I desired and since then I have only had to reapply about once a week. I am so ready for summer!

A word of caution. You do not need to put a ton of this product on. I know that many people have used self tanners where you need to practically empty the whole bottle to see any results, that is not the case for Bare Escentuals Faux Tan. Also, make sure you wash your hands after applications to make sure that you don't have tan palms!
